Prayer Request

Hi ladies! I have a couple of prayer requests for you.

The first praise report and prayer request is from April:

1. Thanksgiving for a husband full of grace toward his wife, and for God so full of grace to His child

2. Prayer for continued and quick healing of bipolar mania (now! LOL!)

3. Prayer for continued ability to hear God’s desires for my career & preparation

4. Prayer for financial health to be restored

The second is for myself - please pray for me as I have had quite a bit of pelvic pain lately. I've had some pretty severe female issues in my past, but it's been a long time (praise God). I have an appointment on Monday morning and I'm specifically praying that I will not need another surgery. I've had several surgeries in my lifetime due to this and it freaks Mark out every time LOL.

Thanks ladies! Feel free to email me any requests that come up for you as I am hoping that this blog keeps us connected to one another through the week. If any of you would like to be removed from the list receiving the e-mail every time it's updated, please let me know =0)

in His love,
Crystal

Prayer Requests for the week of 4.26.10

Here are the prayer requests for the week =0)

Connie--God to send a buyer for her house; Kevin's salvation; and
personal finances to improve.

Jacqueline--Michael's healing from cancer and pain in spine to stop
hurting; closing of property in Galveson go through smoothly.

Megan--Job in N. Carolina and preparations for upcoming wedding.

Ruby-- Healing from achilles problem in right foot; for her friend
Tina and son to get out of spiritual famine; her husband and younger
son's salvation.

Wow, no organized bible study to complete today . . .

We've all been talking about how hard this study has been to complete. My main thing is that for some reason, I won't even remember to sit down to do the study. I get so preoccupied with other things that it slips my mind.

Wanna know something funny? Today as I walked by my study, which is still in the same chair as last night, I picked it up to work on it! Are you kidding me???!!! The day after we finish the study is when it comes to my mind first thing on Tuesday morning? I find that quite humorous! Well, I'm glad that I'm not deemed worthy of spiritual battle this morning, but I have a surprise for my enemy! This morning, I'll be on my knees, not a posture I often take to pray, praying for each of you who have not yet had time to catch up with this study (and no, I don't remember exactly who has and has not done their work LOL). I will be praying that the Lord multiply your time and that the bible study is brought to your attention so that you will take the time to complete the study. I know that it has been especially encouraging to me and to the ladies who have done the study in the past and I will pray the same for you =0)

If you click on the link above, where I'm talking about spiritual battle, it will take you to a bible verse that I will be praying over you guys.

What a pleasure it has been to work through Believing God by Beth Moore with you.

Crystal

New to blogging . . .

Well, I've been feeling called to start some sort of thread or blog so that we could come and comment and have more interaction during the week as we complete our bible study assignments and since Mark's busy taking the trailer to the storage unit, it seems like there is no time like the present. I'm very excited to see how this will enhance our relationships with each other. I love each and every one of you ladies and I am so blessed to be able to study God's word with you. I did not receive any prayer requests for this week so I'm hoping that you guys will post your prayer requests or email them to me so that I can send them out. I will keep this blog private so no worries, only the women in our group will be able to see the posts and the comments. I pray that you will use this week to continue working on Believing God. It has been an amazing study and I am so proud to see the changes that God is doing in all of us. I'll close with our five statements of faith:

God is who He says He is.
God can do what He says He can do.
I am who God says I am.
I can do all things through Christ.
God's word is alive and active in me.

I'm praying for you ladies!

In His love,
Crystal
